Everything was superb, good value. the weather was warm, had thoroughly enjoyable stay for a business trip. - the breakfast with western food and Chinese options was good. - My nicely furnished and brand-new room included a very big bed, climate control, a lounge area, and a kettle. - Patient staff and the location was absolutely perfect. - Proximity to restaurants and great restaurants was a huge bonus. - the bus stop was 500 meters away. I have revised the positive aspects of the review for Citadines Central Xi'An in Xi'an.

I appreciated the property and its enjoyable breakfast.
The room was really huge and fairly quiet here with full furnishing. This hotel was located in a very central area close enough to the main metro and restaurants, shops and the Metro. There was an attached restaurant nearby:)))

The location was good as far as access to shops and sightseeing and the staff really tried to accommodate. There was blood on our sheets and they tried to blame us when it was obvious older blood, just a way to charge a little bit more. The manager was good and sorted it out but I had to spend an hour of my personal time to do so. It's in the City Center and lots to do. Overall, for China, I'd give this hotel a high rating.
China is just starting to work on western tastes and it's going to take some time. The bellman watched me unload my luggage and carry it into the lobby and then he came over and offered to take it to the room.

What a great hotel. Real value for money. The staff was outstanding. We needed medical help and one of the staff members committed himself to stay by our side the whole time we were at the hospital. Absolutely amazing!!!! The location is great. In the middle of the city centre and a lot of public transport available in that area. Great little local restaurants around and the whole atmosphere was lovely. The rooms are very spatious and clean and we loved every minute being there.

L'hotel Citadines was just perfect: the room(actually a studio or mini-aprtement) was very confortable, well designed and very quite. The personel at the frontdesk speak very good English and are kind and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located (literally 100 steps from where the airport shuttle stops) and very close to everything you want to see in the city centre of Xi'An (Muslim block and Mosque and so on). This hotel has an excellent value for money and I would definitely reccomend to stay there and I would get there again if I would ever go back to Xi'An
Everything was fine, the only little thing which was not that good was the breakfast: it is served in a small restaurant fast-food style close to the hotel that doesn't match at all the style and the cleaness of the hotel. However if you like to have salty or chinese food in the morning this place is pretty good but if you are more keen on the continental breakfast then maybe you're better to buy what you want to eat in a supermarket and have the breakfast in your mini-apartement (they are equiped with a modern and nice kitchen)

After a 4 hour flight delayed, we arrived at the hotel after a short 5 minutes walk from the airport shuttle. We were given a room type that we booked, but the room was dirty and not ready. The 2nd room had a funny smell from the bath room, so we went back to the first. The housekeeping staff came and did a bit of cleaning and put new bedding on the beds. The next day, a more through cleaning was done while we were out sightseeing. Location is great and easy to get to the tourist spots. Larry's Singarpore Kitchen has very good breakfast if you like Asian dishes. Service from the hotel staff was very good. An item I left behind was sent to the next hotel promptly.
The hotel is currently under renovation, so it may be dusty and noisy during the day. All the staff should be given new set of uniforms.

The location of the hotel was superb, with easy access to bus stops for the train station and the museum. The hotel also offered kitchenettes in the rooms, which were well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed and fold-out couch were comfortable, and I appreciated the moveable wall that could create a separation between the two. The staff spoke English and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel for its great value and convenience.

The location was perfect - right near the Bell Tower and the Muslim Quarter shopping market. Tours were easy to organise for the Terracotta Warriors etc. Close to the airport shuttle, which was easy to access at the airport on arrival. We did enjoy having a small kitchenette to prepare some meals as a supermaket was also nearby.
The hotel staff were polite and could speak english however their comprehension was very poor and we struggled understanding the questions and responses.

Very nice staff, very nice room, quiet, there is a laundry.
Breakfast is not worth the 50 YYuan. At nighht, it is impossible to cross the streets surrounding the hotel by foot since the subterrean passagges are closed.
